Yes.  To make things worse, I am going to serve the civil service for
the next eight months.

I was thinking about the bug reports... although I have long opposed
to this, now I believe it might actually be better to switch to
Bugzilla for tracking bugs.  That way, even if maintainers are not
active 100% of the time, the bugs at least don't get lost.

Yes.  It could at least answer questions like "how do I do wget
http://foo/bar/*";?  (The less-than-obvious response is "with wget -rl1
http://foo/bar/";.)
