Hi,
I am learning to use wget with the --timestamping
option.
One page is returning the error
"Last-modified header missing -- time-stamps turned
off."
and my local copy of the page gets
overridden.
Is there a way to tell wget to create a new version
(.1)
of the page rather than overriding it?
In general, is it possible to use timestamping
and
let wget create new versions when the pages
change
on the server and therefore are
downloaded?
Thanks in advance.
