I don't think you can do that currently natively without external aid.
Either you patch wget, or you need to start it (possibly recording the
process id) and kill it later.
I suppose perl or vbscript or similar scripting languages are all ok.
Possibly you can hack up something with a batch file and some external utils
if you are running at least on NT4, with the resource kit tools, or
www.sysinternals.com pstools (pslist and pskill) or something like that.
