Trouble with Cyrillic

Hi!Could you help me?
     I do mirror of ftp. Some directories and files named with Cyrillic
chars and during  updating the directories with Cyrillic names they copy
again but have names like
@[EMAIL PROTECTED]@[EMAIL PROTECTED]@[EMAIL PROTECTED]@[EMAIL PROTECTED]@[EMAIL 
PROTECTED]@[EMAIL PROTECTED]@[EMAIL PROTECTED]@[EMAIL PROTECTED]@[EMAIL 
PROTECTED]@[EMAIL PROTECTED]@[EMAIL PROTECTED], though
content of this directory was not change.

How to solve this ?
