I have tested the cvs version. And I found the cvs version works on
NetBSD. Thank you!

Frankly speaking, the cvs version is much more complicated than
before. It seems to me that it is hard to maintain the cvs version.
I think it's worth considering to obey the protocol independent coding
style which is described in the page above.
Of course, if wget guys know this protocol independent coding style
but chose the current coding style. I have nothing to say.
