Title: RE: "403 Forbidden" Errors with mac.com

This looks like you are specifying a userid and password for the web site to authenticate.  This might be on your command, and you're just not showing it to us, or it might be in /etc/wgetrc or ~/.wgetrc.  In any case, try doing it without that, since that works for me.
