Then why on earth do they #define _POSIX_TIMERS? It's easy enough to add a configure test for clock_getres, but it's damn annoying to have to do so in the brave new world of POSIX. I'd rather simply have sysdep.h #undef _POSIX_TIMERS under Cygwin.
