command I am issuing.
wget --timeout=20 --tries=5 -m -nH -o reports/19-04-06.transfer.log --user=***** --password=******** ftp://ShomeHost.domain.com/backup/blechlcd
A note the issuing wget system is a linux box. the remote ftp server is an NT/2000 box
the problem is the last line. it seams that it never is able to retry the transfer.
