Hi,

I am impressed with the power of wget and its usefulness is incredible!

There is one thing it doesn’t do quite right, and could either be a bug or a feature needed, not sure.

When the –p option is specified, wget happily downloads htm, css, js, pdf files etc so that websites are complete once they’re downloaded.

However, wget does not download files specified as urls within stylesheets, i.e. the format url("example.gif").

When the –k option is also specified, wget does not change absolute URLs within stylesheets into relative ones either.

I would be grateful if Wget can be updated to do these things!

Regards,

Jeremy
