It doesn't look like one to me. You've specifically asked it to follow
only links whose server is amateurfunkpruefung.de. This doesn't apply to
links you explicitly provide, but it does for anything else. If you want
it to get links to other pages in dj4uf.de, you should add that to your
- -D list.

Note that running Wget with --debug is often very illuminating about why
Wget declines to download links you expect it to fetch.
