Totally meant, but forgot, to mention: Once you're sure Wget has been
built and installed with NLS support, you'll want to ensure that your
environment has something like "LANG=es_ES.UTF-8" or something similarly
appropriate. But I'm guessing you already have this sort of things set
up for your system?
