I am using Wget 1.10.2 installed through Fink 0.8.1 on MacOSX 10.4.11
It was impossible for me to create a full page copy of:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/MacBookPro/
My supposition was, that the problem might have been the page-
requisites which have all been embedded with an URL a) starting with
https and b) containing key=value&key2=value2 terms.
This was the command I issued:
wget \
--page-requisites \
--html-extension \
--convert-links \
--span-hosts \
--no-check-certificate \
--debug \
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/MacBookPro/ &> log.txt
The logfile is attached to this email as plaintext UTF-8 with Unix
line-endings and a German localisation was used. By the way, where do
I set the locale of the CLI environment of MacOSX?
