Dan:
When I shutdown the service, wugsvc.exe is not resident in memory, so that
isnt seem to be the problem.
Thanks anyway.

Mariano,
I had this problem once on NT. It ended up being that the wugsvc.exe
program service wasn't shutting down. In other words, the program was
staying resident in memory. Thus, when I made a change in the GUI, and
restarted the service so I could see the change via the web, it wasn't
happening. Shutdown the service, and check task manager to see if
wugsvc.exe is still in memory under the processes tab. If so, end the
process, and try starting the service back up. Hope this helps.
Sincerely,

All,
Whenever I modify a map and save it, changes are not refreshed on the web
client. I tryed to restart the WUG service on the Windows NT where the
Whatsup program is installed, but nothing happened. The only way to solve
this is restarting the Windows NT and this cause statistics in summary view
to be reseted. I really need the statistics and changes to take effect.
Any idea?
