Check the relay setting on your SMTP server.
To see what is going on, go to View | Logs and open the Debug log.
Then go back to View | Notifications, and select the mail account and do the
Test.
When you get back the Failed message, Freeze the debug log, and look for the
word Sending msg via (your mailserver) and beyond. Look for any Relay
messages in the debug log.
