Mike,
I have confirmed the crash. It is the combination of the -rwugstathour.rpt and
-Dmtd args that is causing the problem.
Here is a work around that you can use until we come up with a fix:
c:\progra~1\whatsup\cstatrpt -msanford.wup -dpalermo -rwugstathour.rpt -x -s20010501
-e20010531
