Or... you can simply check for the string, "ICA" on TCP/1494.

We installed the Windows NT Service Monitor plug-in for WhatsUp. With that
plugin, you can monitor specific services on NT. For our MetaFrame servers,
we monitor the ICA Browser service and Terminal Server service.
