We are an ISP with many customers. I am setting up WUG and have a couple
questions.
If we have a customer who is multi-homed to more than one router is there a way
to set up a map of all the customer connections and services and link these back
to the appropriate router? I have drilled down to the point to point link that
connects the customer, but it seems like I might have to create one map for each
customer service. Does anyone have any better ideas on how to group services
together for a customer on one map.
Also, is there a way to create dependencies between maps? If a device is not on
the same map it doesn't show in the window where I choose dependencies.
