Ok here's one that I'm having difficulty in getting to the bottom of: I have a map with 30 devices on it. Two of these devices are the internal and external Network interface card IPs for our gateway. I've set up dependencies so that WUG checks first the internal NICK then the external NICK and then the websites. The dependencies do work, but when you look at the log for some devices it doesn't record as device back up. It gives a DOWN host Unreachable and that's it. It messes up the figures because it then confuses the next log entry (which invariably is a down) as being the period of the outage! Any ideas???? cheers. Upkar.
