You can do this with the WhatsUp Gold SNMP Threshold Monitor plug-in.
Download it at:
http://www.ipswitch.com/Support/whatsup/plugins.html

Install the plug-in and then configure it to get the SNMP data from
the specified SNMP OID.  The plug-in allows you to detect when a given threshold has
been exceeded.
