The reason I asked, it that I have problem with running more levels of
submap reliable, when WhatsUp is running as NT service.
(It works fine, when running as an application :-(

Well, at this point  these maps are on a test server about to be moved over
to the production  server. On the test server we run WUG as an application,
but on the production  server we run it as an NT service.

   Yes, I have done  this. I have created a top-level 'data center' may
   with
   submaps to our  core routers. The submap of our core routers has submaps
   of
   all the host  ports of our Frame Relay circuits and so on and so on.
