I have my maps setup with one main WAN map and a map for each location on the WAN. It has 3 devices and 10 subnets that are linked to a more detailed map of each subnet. ( WAN location). When I run Event reports on the WAN map. It gives me downtime on the 3 devices and each subnet. When I run SLA reports on the WAN map, it only the 3 devices are graphed. So the Event reports show more down time than the SLA reports. I need them to reflect the same results. Do I Need to recreate my map to do this? Should my map only contain devices for the SLA to track right? Also how do I edit the file where the reports are generated from? There is old data that is no longer valid, I need to remove these devices from the report.
