It's pretty annoying that WUG doesn't do this already, but there is a way
around it. You have to know what the max bandwidth for your port is. In
your case, it looks like 1.5MB, or 1,500,000 bits per second. If you
divide that by 8, you get the number of octets per second, in this case
187,500. That would be your 100% mark. I've never looked at one of these
files (from WUG) but I noticed that there are some settings in the SNMP
graph utility. Some options allow you to convert bytes to bits, and
otherwise shape the data. I don't know if these options reflect in the raw
data file you're dealing with, but you might want to find out. They could
skew your data by a factor of 8.

Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] Bandwidth Utilization

I have a T1 connection to the internet, I'm currently monitoring
ifInOctets &
ifOutOctets, I'm saving this to the t1.lst. I want to
import the data in t1.lst to excel and graph utilization. I want the graph
in
excel to show 0% to 100% Vertical and the Time
horizontal. I'm having trouble figuring out how to convert the numbers in
the
t1.lst file to relate to percents. Does anyone
do this now and if so how can I achieve this

Thanks
