Looks like WUG is interpreting octet numbers with leading 0's as octal
numbers. In other words 034 base 8 is 28 base 10. I believe some microsoft
utilities perform the same interpretation.

Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] Importing from Host File

Hello fellow WUG users,

Problem:
I am running WUG v.6.02 and when I created a map using the import feature, I
noticed that if I have any leading zeros in any of the 4 octets of the IP
address, the Import Wizard will change the IP address to something else.
Example..192.168.133.034/30 , WUG will interpret as 192.168.133.28. I can
not figure out why it is doing that.

Has anyone run into this before and if so, do you know why this happens?

TIA,
Chris
