Michael,
I did check out the debug. The problem appears to be the TAP implementation
on Voicestream's server. I've tried every configuration combination
available in WhatsUp, and none of them work. Since Voicestream is a rather
large GSM cell phone company, I was hoping that someone may have already run
into this problem.
Maybe someone from IPSwitch is listening...

I'm not using Voicestream, but I have been able to get the TAP to dial in to
our Pager company's system. The big thing is to open the Debug window and
watch what is happening when the system dials in, it may give you a clue as
to what is going wrong.

I would like to send notification messages to my cell phone via their
dial-up tap gateway using WhatsUp. It does not do much good to use email
for notification if the email server goes down!
