Go to Configure/Recurring Notifications then enable recurring and set up
one.  On the setup screen there are 4 check boxes.  Check the ones you want.
(Up count, down count, up names, down names)  I have it give count for up
and down and then only list the names of those down, saves space.  I also
only show the last 300 lines to shorten the report.  This will give several
days unless you really had a bad week.  But then you would already know
about these issues.
