Please excuse this basic question but everything seems setup right -
I'm trying to monitor a few local NT Services and it never fails to report
all of them as down. The other monitored services like http and ftp are
fine. I know it's not much to go on but here's the Email notification:

This seems pretty basic but does anyone have any ideas where to start
looking?
