You can get a list of alerts that are assigned by opening up your map then 
going to view, notifications.  It would be nice if this window had a little 
bit more information but it does give the alerts for each device and the 
trigger values.

Is there a way to get a listing of who gets whats alerts, thresholds and
services monitored? (emails, pagers) for each whats up map?
