<PLUG TYPE="SHAMELESS">

I've been doing some work on a couple of unixes (AIX and Linux) with
NET-SNMP (formerly UCD-SNMP) for disk space monitoring. If you can find a
binary for your system (or have the patience to build one), the UCD-SNMP
makes disk monitoring reallyreally simple. If you're dealing in a
multiple-OS environment, it is even moreso, as the disk MIBs for UCD-SNMP
are all under enterprises.ucdavis regardless of your unix.

Now, does anyone have ucd-snmp in AIX installp format so I don't have to
build it?

I am not sure if this will help, but, it is a suggestion to try.
instead of checking for 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.1.2.2.1.3 in WUG. Why not see
what it gives you for enterprises.11.2.3.1.2.2.1.3.1073741825.0 Or does the

long number change everytime. I ran into some similiar things when checking

ambient temperaturs on different items.

hope this helps
