Sorry, folks, for my idiocracy. It required a reboot. I can now see APC and drill down to the line voltage when creating a new custom service. So, I set up the custom service and checked it off on my 3 APC Symmetra devices in WUG. However the service is not responding right off the bat. Not sure if it has anything to do with the fact that a "scheduled self-test" is running on all 3 UPSes right now. I set the voltage threshold at 195. And it looks like the current voltage value, through the SNMP graph utility, is 197. Any ideas??
