The solution to this issue is documented in an Ipswitch Knowledge Base
article:

http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/WG-20010323-DM01.htm

Image size sent to the web is now restricted to 640x480 max by default.
WhatsUp Gold 6 will zoom out if the size at the current zoom level (1.0 by
default) is not enough. The default (640x480) is recorded in the registry
at:

(Ipswitch | WhatsUp | Settings | MaxWebImageXDimension &
                                 MaxWebImageYDimension).

If this maximum image size is too small you can increase the max dimensions.
If you want the dimensions to be unrestricted, enter values less than 25
(like 0), or really big like 5000.

Here are the registry values to adjust the web view:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ipswitch\WhatsUp\Settings]
"MaxWebImageXDimension"=dword:00000000
"MaxWebImageYDimension"=dword:00000000

Hope this helps.

Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] After my RTFM and digging how do I fix the
maps?

Ok here is the issue. I have a map with 80+ devices on it and I don't want
to break it down to smaller maps. So my question is when I was running 4 it
looked fine in a web browser and had scroll bars with normal sized icons,
now that I upgraded to 6.02 the map is totally unreadable. Can anyone tell
me how I can fix this? I'm so tired of hearing about it from my EVP.

Elmer
