The solution to this issue is documented in an Ipswitch Knowledge Base article:
http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/WG-20010323-DM01.htm Image size sent to the web is now restricted to 640x480 max by default. WhatsUp Gold 6 will zoom out if the size at the current zoom level (1.0 by default) is not enough. The default (640x480) is recorded in the registry at: (Ipswitch | WhatsUp | Settings | MaxWebImageXDimension & MaxWebImageYDimension). If this maximum image size is too small you can increase the max dimensions. If you want the dimensions to be unrestricted, enter values less than 25 (like 0), or really big like 5000.
