Hi, folks.

Nobody responded to my long winded inquiry last Friday about SNMP
thresholds on my APC Symmetra UPSes. That's fine. I seem to have it all
operational, but for a misinterpretation of what I have for a custom
service setting. I created a custom service for voltage coming into the
UPS. Selected constant, less than and 195. If it goes below 195 volts in,
then alert me. Then, I checked off "A TRUE state indicates......DOWN". I
interpret this to mean "volts coming in is 190, and it is TRUE that 190 is
less than 195, so the service is down and an alert should be sent".
Currently, my 3 UPSes are at 197, 195 and 226 volts in. Yet WUG 6.02
reports the Voltage In service as being down on all of them. Am I wrong
about what is actually TRUE??? Thanks...................
