I would like WUG to use e-mail notification to send alerts to my text pager, but if our Internet connection is down I need WUG to dial the pager directly. Due to the rather large number of people that get alerts, dialing up every pager all the time means several minutes delay before everyone is notified where as the e-mail option is very fast.
Does anyone know of a method of sending notifications one way or another depending on the status of a device? i.e. If NetRouter1 is down send all alerts vial dial out, otherwise use e-mail.
