A little, interesting idea though.  You can only group together annotation
objects
(circles, squares, lines) to make bigger objects.  Devices don't yet group.
That toolbar button should be gray when only devices are selected, sorry for
the
confusion.

You'll have to define each dependency one at a time, but the right click
menu
should make this a little faster to do in v7.
