Hi all, I have UpGraded to V7 from V6.2 and since that my Custom Service give false alarms. I mean that I receive a SERVICE DOWN alert also when the service is up and running fine! That's very strange, 'cause it has worked fine with the V6.2 The only particoular thing is that I have not implemented the Script for checking the service... I suppose that without the script WUG will check for the TCP port to be open and stops there (as it was in V6). Anyone has some idea about that?
