What?  They told you to put an L in lower case at the front?  I'm sorry... I 
honestly am.  I've worked with the backend for awhile and I know a little 
better how it works.  (Can't blame the help, heh!)

If you use outlook like pretty much everyone, or another email prog. similar 
to this, try the following example.  "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" in the to 
message.  Try to NOT use a subject, and write everything in the message 
portion.  Sometimes the subject line screws up the rest of the message, 
can't say why.  If that doesn't work, send me an email directly and I'll 
have our NOCC test a few things for me.  This is a big thing for internal 
employees and external customers, it should be working.
