APC makes a stand alone monitor, the AP9312TH.

It has Temp, Humidity and 4 contact closure monitoring points. Compiling
the APC Mib is just like any other, and you'll get the mib on CD when you
buy the box. You could set custom services for monitoring setpoints, or
you can set SNMP trap with WUG as the receiver, then set the alarm points
in the APC box for the traps.

I bought a Wallbotz, and it's nice but the module I got was really out of
spec for the humidity, like about 25% off. I sent them complaint and heard
nada.

They both have the strength/weakness.

The netbotz has the camera (NEAT, NEAT, NEAT)
You can set the netbotz to capture a picture of someone opening a rack door
for the paranoid amongst us.
The web server on the netbotz pushes, so it will update automatically.

The APC stand alone box is cheaper.
The Temp/Humidity sensor is on a remote cable rather than the netbotz where
it's in the module itself.
Web server does NOT push, so if you want to see a new value, manual refresh
on the browser.
