i ran into a similar problem once I had created and try to use 400+ services
on one node. Once I undid the change the problem went away. Ipswitch is
aware of this.

By "Died" I mean that it simply stopped running. The gui for What's Up
Gold simply goes away. As though you closed the window, when in fact you
did not close the window.

No error message at all. Nothing in the system, application, or security
log. No Dr. Watson. I mean nada. I am working with the pre-sales tech
support folks. They say there are some logs within the whats up directory
structure. Maybe the program logs some kind of error? Also, they are
sending me a new install. Maybe the one I donwloaded was corrupted
somehow? Worth a try.
