What you require is having the "parent name" that is associated with each map. This is not accessible in v7. Although, keep your eyes out for any possible maintenance releases where this might be included...
A work around would be to hardcod your map links instead of using the %START_LOADED_MAP_LIST% that is found in topview.asp. You could specify each of your maps... if the names never change.
