Download the NT service plug-in, then create a custom service for each one
on the server. Add them to the services tab for the server and jobs done.
When the server is polled, it will also check that the services are runnung.
If any fail, it will display the server in a blue background I think -
colour blind so someone will correct me if I'm wrong ;) you can also
configure the NT service plug-in to try to restart a down service if you
want.

Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] Need Help with mapping

I am fairly new to WUG and I am trying to figure out mapping. I have my
main map which displays all of my vital systems that I need monitored. This
map stays on a screen 24 hours a day, so that we may just glance at it
walking by and see any trouble spots. One of the machines in this map needs
about 20 NT Services monitored. I don't want to add 20 icons to my map, as
I just don't have the room to display them. How can I go about doing this?

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Eric
