Download the NT service plug-in, then create a custom service for each one on the server. Add them to the services tab for the server and jobs done. When the server is polled, it will also check that the services are runnung. If any fail, it will display the server in a blue background I think - colour blind so someone will correct me if I'm wrong ;) you can also configure the NT service plug-in to try to restart a down service if you want.
