Hello All: I need some help from all you Gurus !
I am using WhatsUp Gold Ver 5.0 [ I know.. I know.. ] on an NT 4.0 Server with SP6a. No changes to OS level or H/W level were made on this server in last 4 months. But, for some reasons, my recurring reports notification has suddenly stopped sending me pages/mails. If I go to the notifications Editor and send a test mail/page it works. But the recurring mail/page doesn't. It has stopped working since last couple of days and we tried to troubleshoot the problem [ such as e-mail settings/ our mail server configs / users names / firewall rules etc..] Nothing seems to be coming in the way !! It just doesn't work on recurring reports. Again, the test messages that we send are working so the overall routing of the mail/pager messages is working but just the recurring reports [ hourly report ] don't.
