There are no tags that provide that functionality.
You could do some work arounds, though. You could make your
log directory a subdirectory of your HTML file directory.
(c:\whatsup\web\logfiles)
If you know the name of the log file "SL-2001-01-21.tab", then
you could open the file directly by typing something into the URL like:
http://localhost/logfiles/SL-2001-01-21.tab
