Not knowing exactly what kind of access denied you are getting try the following.
Stop your WhatsUp Gold service Open the WhatsUp console Click on Configure-->Web Server Click on the General Icon on the left side and at the top of the screen make sure that Enable Web Server is checked You might also want to check the IP Security to make sure that the IPs are not being denied access Also Check to see how the user name that you are trying to use is configured on the user tab Make sure that access is given to the desired map(s) that you wish to view Ryan Johnson IPSwitch, Inc.
