>From of the looks of your log line, you definitely have all the right stuff in your mib.txt and traps.txt. The key is the string between the parentheses right after Trap() in the log line. In this case "ciscoIsdnMibTrapPrefix-6.2". Put that exact string in the On SNMP Traps text box, and it should work.
