Rob: Install the openmanage and the OID is related to Raid global status. It also sends traps, go through the dellraid.mib file that u will find in the directory u installed openmanage on. Do a mibextra on WUG and u should be able to monitor. ".1.3.6.1.4.1.674.10893.1.1.2.0" Status Code 1: Critical Status Code 2: Warning Status Code 3: Normal

( That would be Fantastic ) My company has 6 Dell servers here with Raid 5 but no way to monitor the Raids if a drive fails when we are gone for the weekend, etc... What I am hoping to do is find a solution to have any of the Raid controllers send me an email via pager to alert me if a drive fails , etc... We also have 2 servers that have the older style Adaptec Triple A Raid cards. Anyone know how to do this?
