I have yet another need for another type of report. Management doesn't want to know about what's UP, per se. They expect EVERYTHING to be up and running fine. They are really only interested in knowing what is DOWN, or what has been problematic, within our infrastructure. So, we need to produce such a report and be prepared to discuss cause and action taken. With that in mind, is there a way that I can get a report on downed, or worst, devices only? Has anybody done any customized reports of the such? Thanks........
