Hi Kevin, The issue is resolved. I found that I had to copy the logs as well as the maps to the new server and make sure that all the paths were correct in the web server setup:
Example, I have the maps in a dir within WUG called GSUNET and a separate log folder within WUG called LOGS. I had to make sure an copy both of those dirs at the same time to the new server. I also double checked the paths in the web server setup as my dirs were not the program defaults. I have also upgraded to the newest version of WUG, 7.03 I think and applied all MS patches to the server. I did all of this at the same time, so I cannot tell you exactly which one did the trick but you can test individually if you want to. Hope this helps, let me know how it turns out. Below is your question I am running WhatsUp 6.02 on Win2k Server with all latest SPs and HotFixes. The server has the following specs: 866 MHz 1 GZ Ram 3x9GB RAID 5 WhatsUp loads the subnets and the maps are available on the console, but the web maps are intermittently viewable. You will either see the map, the map outline with a small whait icon with a red x inside, or just the icon with the x. Sometimes you will see any given map, and other times you will not. We have about 200 maps with between 2 to 100 devices on each one. This is half the load that our old install had running on Winnt4.0 on a server with hardware exactly as the new install. The old install displayed the maps with no problems. Has anyone seen similar behavior? I am seeing the exact same thing. Have you fixed it?
