I had the same problem long time ago.
In my case the reason was incorrect mibs ;)
The difference was in mib last digit and point in polling.
Try to add one more digit according needful value.

I am using 7.02

I have set a few services up for APC UPS's and they work as expected. I
added a node today and assigned the services. The device shows the services
as being down. I go into nettools and am able to put in the MIB and get the
proper value. Is there a reason besides being SNMP that nettools would work
fine but polling still does not see the proper value?
