I will be happy to forward to support. Is there a special email address I
should use?

Unfortunately, the entire WUG web is behind a private network otherwise I
would be more than happy to grant you guest access.

Robert,
Can you forward this email to Ipswitch support? Really what would be good
is a web access account so we can see this behavior because it is new to us.

Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] no view ????

I have a map with 10 nodes. All nodes are down. When I click on the map from
the web it shows nothing. If i click view and map then I get something. This
behavior does not exist if at least one of the nodes is up. Any ideas???
