Title: RE: [WhatsUp Forum] Web Configuration
I would like to modify the last few paragraphs of mapdetails.asp; that is the bits that display/control "Summary view","Top view" and "Log view",
so that I can create a new box at the bottom of any subnet map.

For example what I want to do is create a new "Documents" box that will open an html page relating to the map displayed.
So Mymap.wup will relate to MyMap.htm(l), or an asp that will link to same, under this new box.

Can this be done in v7.03 and if not, can it be included as a nice to have in v7.03+
The purpose is to give a client access to their page, under current controls, and to html documents pertenant to them also.

Regards

Jay,
There is a method of saving changes in the web interface when running
WhatsUp Gold Service.
This article explains it:

Also I am running version 7.01.

Subject: [WhatsUp Forum] Web Configuration

We upgraded WhatsUp gold from 6 something to 7. I have noticed if I do web
configuration it does not update the files on the server. If I restart the
service all of my web configuration is gone. Has anyone else seen this
problem? I'm almost positive with 6.0 you could update the web side and it
would update the application side.
