Hello again, Herb Steck noticed I didnt include a file in the zip
package the first time so the correct one is up on Herbs FTP server to
download, I tried was able to download it. Ive gotten a slew of
requests for these files and I would perfer everyone just download it
themselves. If for some reason you cannot download it from his FTP
server email me directly and Ill send it to you. The file that was
missing was a wait command.

Down load from: http://66.137.201.122/whatsup/cust_sla.zip

Included is a sample of my reports, the web page that links all the
reports and batch files that
generate them. Just need to expand the files in the ..\whatsup\
directory and maintain the directory structure.

It will create the following directorys and populate with files:

\web\index_tops
\web\lweek\net\all
\web\lweek\net\hub
\web\lweek\net\router
\web\lweek\net\switch
\web\ytd_stats\net
\web\2002\08\
\web\2002\08\
\web\2002\08\

In the *.bat files you will need to edit the device name wild cards used
to match on what devices to report on. All my routers have in their
name 'Router' so the cstatrpt command line has *Router* which will
create a report on all routers. So in these statements you need to
enter what you want to have reports generated on. Then you can edit the
directory structure used to sort the reports. To keep it simple name
wise, create a seperate DIR for each report. If you do this you will
also have to edit the HTML index page that links to the reports. Also
I have alot of reports created, just prune down the batch files for what
you need.

Every year in the batch file in December or so you will need to change
the value of the year variable. Its in the top of the batch file.
Basically when it sees the month value is 01 for Jan you want the year
value to be for the prior year. IE so this coming Dec set this to 2001.

Good luck

If you have any questions please email me directly. If there is
something that would be useful to everyone Ill reply to the forum.
